She is an enthusiastic and analytical project management professional with a diverse background in training and coordinating impactful programs, particularly focused on youth, women, and social inclusion.

Teresa has a proven track record in managing, designing, developing, and coordinating both large and small-scale projects related to education, youth empowerment, and gender equality. She is recognized for her success in implementing programs and collaborating with donors, international and local NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery while providing technical assistance.

As a versatile trainer, Teresa has extensive experience in developing training materials tailored to meet the specific needs of her target audience. She promotes a variety of programs and activities for audiences of all ages in multicultural settings.
