Wangui is a seasoned management specialist, with global exposure, experience, and education.
In her vast career in the field of development spanning over 30 years, she has held senior management roles with INGO’s implementing projects across Africa.
Her latest assignment for the last 15 years was with a private philanthropy that supports vulnerable communities in Washington D.C, Africa and Asia.
Lucy Maina

Lucy Maina has over 18 years working experience in education, health, youth, and nutrition programs in the context of relief, rehabilitation, and development. She has worked for International Medical Corps, Africa Educational Trust, among others. Lucy Maina is responsible for the implementation of programs and quality control at GRIC. She holds a Bachelors in Education, Master in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Assistance, Master in Public health.
Stallon Kamau
Stallon KamauFinance Manager
Stallon is a financial management and accounting professional with over 20 years expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and analytics, financial systems and controls, capacity building on financial management for partner grantees, project and organizational auditing. Stallon holds an MBA in strategic management and is a fully qualified professional with membership to ICPAK and ACCA.
Samwel Mwayi

Samwel has held several positions in the development world including being a lead and co-consultant in USAID, US State Government and DANIDA funded evaluations. Samwel holds a B.A. in Development Studies from Egerton University and a M.A. in Gender and Development from the University of Nairobi.

Magdalena has a background in children and youth development programs having worked with Child Care Institutions and Community Projects. Magda holds a BA in Sociology from Moi University and MA in Child Development from Daystar University.

Varinia has over 7 years of experience working in not-for-profit organizations supporting and managing development and humanitarian programs. Currently, Varinia is a student at the University of Nairobi undertaking a Gender and Development Studies course.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Education degree and is currently pursuing a Master of Project Management at the Open University of Tanzania. He has 7 years of experience in managing education projects, conducting teacher professional development training, and overall project management expertise acquired through work in local and INGOs.

Emmy is deeply goal-oriented leader with the desire to provide an equal opportunity for marginalized communities to find their voice and maximize their potential. With business studies and experience as an International Labour Organisation certified business trainer, Emmy has used his experiences to influence policy design, and execution of economic and social development programmes. Emmy is trained by BBC World Service in media business content creation which helps him to lead with a human-centered program approach.
Jaspher Okello
Jaspher OkelloCommunication and Engagement Manager FICH Uganda
Jaspher is passionate about community development with specific focus to interact with young and old people to transform the perception from traditional thinking through engagement in media. Jaspher have 5 years working experience in broadcast media and online journalism. He has a bachelor degree in Journalism and Communication from Makerere University and uses his training to influence radio stations to initiate education programs. He enjoys working around websites and social media management including photography and videography.
